The Benefits of Wisdom: Multiple Days
Wisdom will multiply your days and add years to your life. – Proverbs 9:11 (NLT)
Our reference passage tells us that wisdom offers an inroad to multiple days and long life. Being wise helps you make informed decisions in areas such as health, body care, and personal hygiene, as well as other important health, mental, and emotional factors that yield long-term benefits.
By availing multiple days, wisdom can help you make the most of your days, so that you are able to achieve much more in your days than an average person would. You are also able to maximize the potential of each day as against just getting by.
These benefits include robust health, an agile body and a balanced lifestyle. Wisdom comes into play when making choices about what to consume, in what quantity, at what time, and at what frequency. In addition, wisdom is responsible for the discipline of choosing to do stretching but high-yield activities over pleasurable but low-benefit ones.
The length of days that wisdom adds to one’s life derives from tough decisions, informed choices, and moderation in indulgence. Wisdom is a key factor in making decisions and outlining action plans that will prove beneficial to your wellbeing in both the short, medium and long term. In addition to availing you longevity, wisdom also helps you to make the most of your days. Wisdom helps you become productive within the confines of time and on a daily basis.
Loafing and idling time away is foolishness, not wisdom. Wisdom is both proactive and productive. A wise person is an achiever who is able to appraise the resources at his disposal and manage the variables to a fruitful effect.
Wisdom also has a bearing on long life by reducing the risk of making rash decisions that could prove disastrous and increasing the chances of high blood pressure. Wisdom thrives on following the course of peace and harmony, both of which are important for productivity and longevity. That is why it is such a prized asset to have in your life journey.
You will succeed in Jesus’ Name!
