That fact is further buttressed in our reference scripture today, as the Bible maintains that wisdom is ‘the principal thing’ that we all should accord a priority in getting.

However, even if they are not aware of the impending trouble as to take a premeditated action or they are already in the thick of it and are too overwhelmed to pray, God’s presence is activated as long as the person in question is a sincere child of His and has an ongoing relationship with Him in spirit and truth.
