Purpose: Created to Raise and Repress

Created to Raise and Repress. Like Jesus, some individuals are called to be the facilitator of other people’s greatness. There are innumerable successes that would not have been if those who are successful had not benefitted from a chance meeting or relationship with certain individuals which proved instrumental to their launch in life.

Purpose: Called to Illuminate

Purpose: Called to Illuminate

Purpose: Created to Illuminate: Here is one of the missions of Jesus Christ. He came as a light to reveal God to the people. His whole ministry and life on earth were centered on this focal purpose – to re-introduce God to the people, so that they are acquainted with His nature, His thinking, His ways, His will, His modus operandi, His likes and preferences, as well His displeasures. Some of us are called to this same assignment.

Purpose: Called to Facilitate

Purpose: Called to Facilitate

If you are called to facilitate, do not despair at the thought of going unrewarded, because human recognition can only take you to a point; and that does not mean that men will not recognize you. But the reward of God, which you will certainly get, is guaranteed for being the hand through which God guides another to his/her destiny.

Purpose: Created for Service

Purpose: Created for Service

Service is another purpose of Jesus Christ as we can see from our reference scripture. With His own mouth he said He came not to be served but to serve. Now, isn’t that a contrast to the first purpose we meditated on in this series? Then, we saw that He came to lead. Now, we are reading Him saying that He also came, NOT TO BE SERVED, but to serve.

Purpose: Called to Preach the Gospel

Purpose: Called to Preach the Gospel

Preaching is one of the missions of Jesus Christ on earth. Likewise, some of us are sent to preach the gospel. There are people who can be called born preachers, as every encounter they found themselves is an opportunity to charge and exhort others, never missing a chance to sow a seed of the word.
